By using the Guildivity app or website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Guildivity.
What Guildivity is
Guildivity is a game-style productivity app that turns your own tasks into quests. It is a motivation tool, not professional, medical, financial or psychological advice.
Your content
You own what you type into the app. Because it is stored on your device, you are responsible for it and for keeping your device backed up.
Dungeon bosses are meant for obstacles and challenges in your own life. Do not use Guildivity to harass, threaten or demean any real person.
Premium
Premium subscriptions, when available, are sold through Google Play and are subject to Google Play's terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel them in your Google Play account. Free trials convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends. Refunds are handled according to Google Play's policies.
Acceptable use
Do not copy, modify, reverse-engineer or redistribute the app, its artwork or its code, and do not try to interfere with it or its purchases.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Guildivity running well, but it is provided “as is”. Features may change, and we may update these terms; we will post changes here with a new date.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost data or lost opportunities arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
